About Winter Express

Winter Express Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee. Operating since 2024, we run last-mile package delivery for Amazon out of delivery station DNA6, serving homes and businesses across the greater Knoxville metro and surrounding East Tennessee communities.

Our daily operations are carried out by a team of locally hired W-2 Delivery Associates and a fleet of Amazon-branded delivery vehicles maintained to the safety, uniform, and vehicle-condition standards required by Amazon’s DSP program. Routing, dispatch, and day-of-delivery support are handled by an in-house operations team based at the station.

We’re a Tennessee LLC in good standing. Public inquiries, employment questions, and compliance correspondence can be directed to the address and contact information listed in the footer.
